Vietnam production facility: expanded capacity online for heat transfer orders
Our second production line in Vietnam is now operational, adding 40% capacity for heat transfer label orders and reducing lead times for Southeast Asia-based brands.
The second production line at our Vietnam facility completed commissioning in November and began commercial production in December 2025. The expansion adds 40% to our heat transfer label capacity in Vietnam, with the new line dedicated to premium TPU-substrate programmes requiring tight colour tolerances.
For brands sourcing finished goods from Vietnam, Cambodia, or Bangladesh, the Vietnam facility enables shorter domestic transit legs and simplifies import documentation compared to routing everything through our Dongguan headquarters. Lead times for standard heat transfer programmes from the Vietnam facility are 15-18 working days from approved artwork, compared to 20-25 days for programmes produced in China and shipped south.
